What is the deadline for placing orders?
Orders must be placed by 8pm the Wednesday prior to service (Example: Monday's August 5, 2013 lunch order must be ordered by Wednesday July 31, 2013 at 8pm.)

Please understand we must maintain this deadline due to our purchasing and kitchen operation schedule. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
Meals can be canceled until 8am the morning before for which the meals were ordered. After the 8am deadline all sales are final. (Example: Monday's lunch must be canceled by Sunday at 8am.)

How do I cancel a meal?
To cancel a meal, log in to your account. You'll click on your child's name in the blue menu bar to populate the menu below. Locate the meal you'd like to cancel and click CANCEL. A confirmation page will come up and you'll click CANCEL LUNCH to complete the cancellation. A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account. Be sure to do the same steps if you would also like to cancel the drink for that same date.

What is your refund policy?
We have a "No Refund Policy" - canceled meals will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order which is reflected once you click "finalize order".

What if I have children in multiple grades?
When you add children to your account make sure you select the right grade for each child.  It is important this grade be updated each new school year as the lunches are served by grade.

What happens if my child is sick?
If your child is out sick, please contact our office via email at info@nutritiononeslp.com or by phone 623-846-6800.
 
What is the price for each meal?
Price varies by school location and size.
 
What are the drink options with the meals?
ALL drinks will need to be ordered as an A La Carte option. Meals do not come with a beverage. 
 
Do you have a menu I can print?
YES! If you go to our website at phoenixschoollunchprogram.com and click on the "Menu" link you can select your school and download and print a pdf version of your school's menu.
 
How do I change my password?
You can update all account details in the "My Account" section by clicking on the "Modify My Information" link in the middle of the page under "Modify Student Information". 
 
How do I update my email address or phone number?

What is your privacy policy?
We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
 
Can you save my credit card details with Nutrition One so I don't have to re-enter this information each time?
For your security we do NOT offer this option with our site. In fact, no one at Nutrition One has access to your credit card information. When you enter your credit card information it then becomes encoded and goes directly to the banking institution for processing.
 
Can I pay for meal by check?
Yes, however this is not the preferred method.  If you choose to pay by check it will need to be received in advance so a credit can be placed on your school lunch choice account (account is required for ALL purchases).  Once the credit shows on your account you will be able to make lunch selections and process an order.  You must process an order for your child's name to appear on the lunch list and for a meal to be prepared and sent.
